After pursuing an international DJ career which had him performing on stages with Missy Elliott, Ludacris and at Pacha in Ibiza, his love for Africa brought him back to his native South Africa, as Head of Talent and Music for MTV Networks Africa. A role which saw him manage the entire music and talent process for the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009 & 2010 (THE MAMA’s).The largest show of its kind on the continent with an international broadcast reach of over 1.5 billion.

A successful events and festival organizer, he also consults for various international brands on youth marketing, branding and music. Originally from Ghana, Tony is keen and passionate on all issues relating to Africa.
